fast checkin and out, warm beds, beds made every day, carpet next to bed, ok breakfast of fruit, eggs, toast and coffee, laundry paid according to weight and done well, very good housekeeping staff, front desk opened door immediately after ringing bell, cozy tv room could use a space heater, lovely dog affectionate to and protective of residents
Bogota is cold at night and the building is too so dress accordingly, only 3 translucent showers, no privacy for the 5 translucent toilets, communication a little rough, restaurant costly

Hostel had hot water and was kept pretty clean.
Hostel had hot water and was kept pretty clean. They only have one housekeeper doing everything. Location is on a busy street but it’s pretty quiet after 11pm.

Great place
If I had to pick one thing I remember of this place is these beds. For real, so comfortable and warm! Also the Colombian staff was so nice and helpful. I'd def recommended to take the free city tour that they have information from at the hostel! The breakfast was sufficient, so was the Wi-Fi.
The transparent shower walls/doors.. You'll find a way around it eventually to hang everything in a certain way but still pretty inconvenient sometimes.

Location is great, walking distance from most important sites. Guests and staff are friendly and you easily decide to prolong your stay.
Plastic on mattresses is quite annoying but ensures hygiene so I have mixed feelings about this one.
